Nick will work you in a way that is very hard yet easy to get through. I am a 54 year old male who never worked out in my life. Nick has been able to transform my outlook on becoming fit and healthy. Two things I like most about Nick. 1) If you are injured or hurt he will not make you “work through the pain” but will work around the injury. Therefore you are healing and getting the work necessary; 2) During the sessions we talk about eating better and properly. This is done in an encouraging manner and not forced. This helped me to make changes on my own; 3) Nick’s method involves doing the exercises on the various apparatus’ the correct way. This allows for maximum results in the least amount of time.
