I have known Nick since 1991 when I first started working out. He was
my very first trainer; he will be my very last! In my opinion, trainers just
don't come any better or any more knowledgeable than Nick Fiorello.
He gets up every morning around 4 A.M., tirelessly reading and studying
everything, and I do mean everything, he can get his hands on to make
him the absolute best trainer he can be for every single one of his
clients, all of whom he takes a very special interest in. He cares
tremendously about each of his clients, their bodies, and their individual
concerns. If Nick has sent me one scientific, medical study about a
medical or physical issue I personally was having, or in response to a
question I had, he has sent me a dozen, all to which I typically reply,
"Nicky, this is way above my head! Please just give me the Cliff notes or
the bottom line." 1 often think Nick knows more about the workings of
the human body and far more about nutrition than most of my doctors
do. Nick will spend as much time as I personally need, to help me
understand the "whys" of what we do or the "whys" of what he wants
me to do or not do. He is extremely patient and willing to listen to all my
complaints and answer all my many questions, and there are many!!
And believe it or not, after all these many years, I still have not driven
him crazy; well, maybe just a little bit! During my hour with Nick, he is
totally focused on me, on my form, on exactly what I am doing and if I
am doing it correctly. I've had a few minor injuries and aches and pains
here and there and Nick is quick to pick up on any slight grimace on my
face, quickly making small adjustments to work around any pains I may
be experiencing. Unlike so many trainers, you won't catch Nick
wandering away from his clients, chatting on his phone, etc. My time
with Nick is my time and he takes that very seriously!
After all these many years with Nick, I can tell you, not only is he the
best trainer and the most devoted trainer, he is a truly wonderful friend,
one of my very closest and dearest and I love him dearly. I can honestly
say, anyone training with Nick Fiorello is in the best of hands!
